Apply your reward to a Standard Cleaning, covered up to $500 before HST.
$500 coverage cap
Your reward equals the Standard Cleaning price for your home, up to $500 before HST. Example: a $420 Standard Cleaning is covered before HST; a $560 Standard Cleaning leaves $60 plus HST payable. Add-ons are not covered.
Deep Cleaning upgrade
Prefer a deeper clean? Upgrade to a Deep Cleaning and pay the difference between the Deep Cleaning price and your reward value. Example: if your home's Standard Cleaning is $450 and Deep Cleaning is $640, you pay $190 plus HST.
Homes over 3,000 sq ft
Rewards on properties over 3,000 sq ft are reviewed and approved by our team before being applied to your booking.
Examples are illustrative only. Final pricing is confirmed by your estimate. Travel fees and non-covered extras remain payable as applicable.

What qualifies
- Residential Standard, Deep and Move-In/Move-Out cleanings with a subtotal strictly greater than $350 before HST and discounts.
- Cleanings that are completed and fully paid.
- Both one-off and recurring customers, subject to verified-account and booking rules.
- Referral discounts for first-time customers only (no previous bookings with us).
What doesn't
- Cleanings of exactly $350 or less before HST and discounts.
- Cancelled, refunded or disputed bookings — these do not earn or may reverse a reward or credit.
- Combining rewards or referral credits with other promotional offers (for example FACEBOOK100).
- Add-ons, travel fees, taxes and other non-covered extras, which remain payable as applicable.
No stacking: loyalty rewards, referral discounts and referral credits cannot be combined with each other or with other promotional offers. One offer applies per booking. Rewards do not automatically expire under current program rules.
