What We Don't Clean
The following tasks and conditions are excluded from all standard Pro Cleanout Services cleaning packages. These limitations exist for the safety of our cleaning team and the protection of your property.
- ✕Exterior window cleaning or work requiring exterior ladders
- ✕Moving heavy furniture or appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, large tables or cabinets
- ✕Areas that cannot be safely reached using standard cleaning tools or a small step stool
- ✕Mold remediation or hazardous-material cleanup
- ✕Human or animal waste, bodily fluids, needles or other biohazards
- ✕Active rodent or insect infestations or areas contaminated by an active infestation
- ✕Specialized floor restoration such as waxing, polishing or refinishing
- ✕Heavy paint, adhesive, construction material or permanent stain removal unless specifically included in an approved post-construction scope
- ✕Cleaning behind or underneath heavy appliances unless the customer has safely moved them beforehand and the area is accessible
- ✕Exterior property maintenance, landscaping or pressure washing
- ✕Any task our cleaner determines cannot be performed safely without specialized equipment, licensing or training
Heavy Buildup / Special Conditions
Homes with excessive buildup, heavy grease, significant pet hair, strong odours or other unusual conditions may require additional time, photos and/or a custom quote before service.
During the Instant Estimate process, you can indicate the condition of your home:
- ✓ Well Maintained / Average: Standard pricing applies
- ⚠ Needs Extra Attention: +$40 condition adjustment
- ✕ Heavy/Excessive Buildup: Requires a custom quote
Carpet Shampoo Cleaning
Carpet shampoo cleaning is available as an add-on for $40 per room, selectable during the Instant Estimate process.
$40 applies per standard-size carpeted room. Large areas, stairs, hallways, heavily soiled carpets, specialty fibres, stain treatment or unusual conditions may require review or a custom quote. Permanent stain, odour or discoloration removal cannot be guaranteed.
